David Gorman writes about a setting he’s very familiar with: Waldameer, the amusement park his family operates in Erie, Pennsylvania. 
His “Waldameer Mystery Files” series for ages 8-12 follows siblings Seth and Julia as they solve mysteries at the park. 
When he’s not writing, David visits schools and inspires students to read, write, and follow their dreams. He lives in Henrico and works as a middle school counselor in Chesterfield.
