Join us for ART 180’s live, monthly art-in-the-parklet series spotlighting Black women artists in Richmond., April through September.
Each month, The Easel transforms our block into a space for intentional creative interruption, public art, and community connection. It’s not a gallery. It’s not First Fridays. We’re doing something different!
For June, we welcome Ti’yana Anderson to the parklet. Ti’yana is a self-taught multidisciplinary artist and current high school student whose work pulls from memory, Black history, family, and lived experience. A 2024 alum of our Atlas Artist Residency, Ti’yana will be bringing her vision to the parklet for a live art session.
Plus, lunch will be available from the Mobile Yum Yum food truck!
Thursday, June 12
12–2 p.m.
ART 180’s public Parklet

This year’s Easel series was curated by our now graduated University of Richmond Bonner Scholar intern, Alexis Rogers.
Come through. Bring a friend. Stay inspired.
