Join us for the next Art of the Cocktail on March 10th, an immersive evening inspired by the legendary The Rainbow Room in New York City. We’ll explore the history and cultural impact of this iconic space while guiding you through four classic cocktails associated with its storied legacy.
The evening will also spotlight Dale DeGroff, the visionary head bartender who helped define The Rainbow Room’s golden era and is widely regarded as the pioneer of the modern craft cocktail movement. Often called “King Cocktail,” DeGroff’s influence reshaped how cocktails are made, served, and appreciated around the world.
