
In this guided breathwork session, we will be breathing at three different speeds and depths of breath in a conscious connected manner. We will also be incorporating transitional holds to reach expanded states of consciousness. In these expanded states, we may experience deep relaxation, somatic and emotional release, as well as profound spiritual insight.
The breath will be accompanied by shamanic music to help elevate and deepen the experience.
Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket, a pillow, an eye mask, a bottle of water, and a journal and pen.
