Self Healers Song Circle
If you are doing the work and on your self-healing journey and love singing or want to be among singing in community, or even if the concept of “self-healers” has piqued your curiousity, please join us in a self-healer’s song circle. No prior singing or musical experience required. All voices welcome. If you feel called to bring your favorite instrument with you, please do. We will begin with some warmup vocal exercises, then move into singing, and close with an integration circle where you will be invited to share your experience if you wish.
Note: Shannon will also be offering vocal range baselines so you may see how your voice expands with repeated practices. Please come 15 minutes early if you are interested in this offering.
