Poe and Madness
Explore the theme of madness in Poe’s works with The Poe Museum.
Many of Poe’s most popular stories explore the subject of madness; think of such classics as “The Tell-Tale Heart” and “The Black Cat”. In this program, the curator from The Poe Museum will help participants to take a look at these works and more to discover Poe’s own thoughts on mental illness and the fine line between sanity and madness.
