PeaceFest 2025: A Day for Peace and the Planet
Celebrate International Day of Peace and SunDay with Richmond Peace Education Center and Third Act on Sunday, Sept. 21 from 1-5. Join RPEC at 1 pm near Fountain Lake in Byrd Park for singing, music, dance, and giant Peace puppets. We’ll march through Carytown at 2:45 to join SunDay in the Wells Fargo parking lot in Carytown, to learn more about solar power and clean energy, with a solar powered food truck and more. The event concludes at AlterNatives for a panel discussion on what makes for Peace. This is a family-friendly community event.
