Learn how to quiet the mind and develop positive inner qualities.
Each session explores topics such as what meditation is, its many benefits, how to begin a practice, proper posture, setting a positive motivation, and simple ways to carry the experience of calm into everyday life.
No prior experience is necessary—just bring an open mind and a wish to find more balance and clarity.
Everyone is welcome. Classes are drop-in. Register online or at the door $5.
