This is a somatic healing experience guided by music, presence, and breath. Using a Rebirthing-style technique and a carefully crafted 3-act playlist, we’ll drop beneath the surface of the mind and into the body—where emotions live, speak, and move.
The breath will carry us through waves of sensation, memory, and insight. Some might cry. Some might laugh. Some might shake, sing, or go still.
All emotions and expressions are welcome in this compassionate, non-judgemental space.
This practice supports nervous system regulation, emotional clarity, and the kind of inner peace that can’t be found from talking—but from releasing what’s been held for so long.
