Floorball is a fast-paced, indoor team sport that blends the best of hockey and soccer — without the ice or heavy gear. Played 5-on-5 with lightweight sticks and a plastic ball, it’s quick to learn, high in energy, and perfect for players of all backgrounds.

At the Atlantic Floorball Open, you’ll experience floorball:

On a sport court inside a hockey rink
With real boards, bounces, and high-speed plays
In a welcoming, all-skill-level environment
It’s perfect for first timers and novices alike. You’ll get hands-on action, expert coaching, and instant community.

The Atlantic Floorball Open brings two things to Richmond: the national development team from USA Floorball, and a tournament that plays fast, loud, and sharp off the boards.

Three official clinics lead the weekend:

A certified Referee Clinic led by Vince Faso, USA Floorball Director of Officials.
A Youth Clinic for ages 6–14, coached by Case Connor, USA Men’s National Team.
A Player Development Clinic for ages 13+, open to athletes from any sport.
At 10 AM Saturday, the Richmond Floorball Classic Tournament begins. 4-on-4 play, running clock, hockey rink boards in full effect. Every player, team, and official will walk out sharper — and probably soaked.

Prices:

Youth – $30

Ref – $50 (immediately receive 50% coupon for adult dev camp clinic to use immediately)

Adult – $25 (with aforementioned coupon)

If you want to do both Ref nad Adult, please purchase Ref first and receive the coupon discount via email.

Richmond Floorball Classic will consist of several games over two days to practice everything we learned and compete. $50 (includes access to special giveways, raffle tickets, contests and more)

We will have food trucks and a local brewery less than 50 years away who is expecting us and a RFC required break in the day to allow the building and players to cool off.

No fluff. No barriers. Just Richmond running the game at full tilt.
