+1Former President Bill Clinton, once criticized by Jim Webb, headlines a Northern Virginia fundraiser to help Webb raise money for his Senate campaign. Insiders say the appearance was just a way for Clinton to get close to the shrimp cocktail.

-2Authorities are worried that thousands of felons’ DNA samples are not in the state’s database as they should be, the Times-Dispatch reports. This is a huge setback for the felon cloning program.
