Organizers of the Strawberry Hill Races at Colonial Downs announce that they’ve secured permission to allow live wagering on the horses for the first time since the event started in 1895. Of course, things were simpler back in those days, when a drunken tailgate hook-up with your first cousin was just another road to marriage.
