Paris Hilton’s favorite phrase was an understatement for the temperature and fashionable women (and men) at the Belle launch party, held Aug. 8 at Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden’s Bloemendaal House.

Among the crowd were stylish guests, including the faces behind Richmond fashionista blogs chicarmoire.blogspot.com and rvafashionista.blogspot.com, state Delegate Jennifer McClellan, media personalities, models in little black dresses, roller derby girls on wheels (go, Belle Isle Brawlers!), and movers and shakers showing off a variety of fashions.

Guests enjoyed music by Bungalo6, sipped on Patr¢n Tequila and helped raise money for New Visions/New Ventures, a nonprofit that helps prepare women for financial success.
