50 people protested outside Dominion headquarters in downtown Richmond last evening. Protestors were showing support for the Standing Sioux Tribe in North Dakota, which opposes at the proposed Dakota Accesss Pipeline, that is slated to run near the Missouri River, the tribe's source for drinking water.
