OpeningDogwood Dell Festival of the Arts The summer performance series at the Dogwood Dell Amphitheater continues with African dance by The Elegba Folklore Society (July 20 at 8:30 p.m.), country rock by the Marna Bales Band (July 21 at 8 p.m.), acoustic rock by Robbin Thompson (July 22 at 8 p.m.) and Carlton Blount and Central Virginia’s Finest (July 23 at 7:00 p.m.).
