While large art works sometimes get more attention, it’s never a good idea to overlook the smaller pieces. They can be just as important and inspiring. Glave Kocen Gallery’s fifth annual “Size Doesn’t Matter” exhibit features small works by more than 30 gallery artists in various mediums and styles on display, including Farida Hughes’ “Tapestry,” pictured. Expect to look at things close up when “Size Doesn’t Matter” opens Friday, Jan. 6, at 6 p.m., with a reception at Glave Kocen Gallery. Runs until Jan. 28. 358-1990.
