Science After Dark: Moon Landing at the Science Museum of Virginia

A special Science After Dark celebrates the 50th anniversary of the first manned landing on the moon. Three floors of exhibits and space-related activities plus WCVE will be on-site helping guests make straw rockets. There will be live astronomy shows at 6:30 and 7:15 p.m. in the Dome plus a free screening of an episode of the PBS doc “Chasing the Moon” at 8 p.m. It all starts at 5 p.m. $10 for general public. smv.org.
