Yarn Doll Day

When: Thu., April 6, 11 a.m.-1 p.m. 2017
Step back 100 years to a simpler time when children made their own toys from materials found around the home and garden. See dolls handmade from corn husks, nuts, pine tags, wooden spools, paper, and yarn. Learn how yarn was made, and try spinning some yourself! Make an old fashioned yarn doll to take home. No batteries required!
