In this workshop, lead by yogi Gin Carter, we’ll talk about the waves of life, weaving in a practical everyday understanding of yoga philosophy, fun and light mythology, and 3 easily accessible guided meditations. Whether you’ve never meditated before or you are a seasoned pro and whether or not you know anything about yoga philosophy, all are welcome.
