War Between the Tastes: Civil War Food Festival User Pick

When: Sat., Sept. 7, 12-4 p.m. 2013
This program will include civilian and military encampments, period food demonstrations, lectures, food vendors of all kinds, live music by the String-Minstrels, and most notably a period cooking competition. Tastings for many of the demonstrations are available while supplies last. The cooking competition will be ongoing throughout the event with the Winner’s Ceremony taking place at 3 p.m.
