Vigil for Teens Murdered in South Side

On Sunday evening, family and friends gathered to honor two teens who were murdered last Wednesday evening in Richmond's South Side. Christian K. Singleton, 15, and Ketron R. Wells, 16, were found shot in the 3600 block of Decatur Street. No arrests have been made.
