The ninth annual Richmond History Makers Program pays tribute to everyday people and outstanding organizations that make significant contributions to the greater Richmond region. This year, Harriet Scruggs, Nicole Anderson Ellis, Smart Beginnings Greater Richmond, Dr. Janet Eddy and the Middle College Program at J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College will be honored. The deadline for presale tickets is Friday, Oct. 11 at noon.
