Uptown Gallery Exhibits

When: Sept. 5-Oct. 27 2018
Artists paint the light: without it, there are no shapes or colors, no shadows or reflections. Uptown's two featured artists, Betty Drozeski and Mark Hierholzer, take that one step further in "Water and Other Colors," in Main Gallery. Special exhibitors Sarah Hoyle and Nell Chesley also paint the light, but change the pace by combining their love of travel and painting in "European Adventures," a show of bold watercolors and oils with an old world vibe in Frable Gallery. Opening reception Sept. 7 from 5-8:30 p.m.
