Tuesday Night Specials

John Conley has been putting all that jazz back into the Richmond music scene, one Tuesday at a time. A VCU music graduate and local guitar hero, Conley uses his university connections to bring together rotating trios of talented musicians. Next month, Conley will celebrate the two-year anniversary of his live jazz nights at Davis & Main restaurant, where the groups play every Tuesday evening. This summer's guest musicians include Fran Ahern, Taylor Barnett, Skip Gailes, Jon Greenberg, Anthony Dowd and Terri Sim. Conley and friends repeat their standing gig July 22 at Davis & Main at 7:30 p.m. Free. 353-6641.
