To the Reader: Best of Richmond

If you've lived here for at least a day or two, you already know Richmonders have opinions — and they're ready to share them. So we shouldn't be surprised that the response to our annual Style Weekly Reader Poll, conducted in February, received its biggest response yet — nearly 19,500 surveys.

There's nothing you aren't ready to weigh in on.

If you shared your opinion on any of these 112 categories, thank you. The collective wisdom of the masses — or shared idiocy, as you may argue, depending on whether you agree or disagree with the Readers' Choice winners — opens a window into Richmond's state of mind at the moment.

From among the eligible survey takers, we selected one at random to win a $100 Visa gift card. Congratulations to Michael Peterman for taking the prize.

We hope you enjoy reading — and debating — our biggest issue of the year.
