The Drive-By Truckers rolled into Richmond Friday night to a sold out crowd at the National Theater, as part of their Home Front 2008 World Tour. The Truckers played a solid two and half hour show in support of their acclaimed album Brighter Than Creation's Dark but also trotted out plenty of old favorites.

Patterson Hood commented that Richmond is like a second home to the band which for years has been playing smaller city venues such as Hole in the Wall and Poe's Pub.
