Any chance of seeing Broadway plays in Richmond seemed remote after the dramatic and questionable demise of Baci Management earlier this year, the company that brought those shows to town. But for now, Broadway is back. "Cats" is being presented at the Landmark Theater by Broadway Across America, a division of live-events monster Live Nation, Friday through Sunday, Nov. 16-18. The company recently announced a short season of plays for Norfolk, and rumor has it Richmond might be part of its future plans. The singing cat extravaganza shows Friday and Saturday at 7:30 p.m. with 2 p.m. matinees on Saturday and Sunday. $20-$49.50. 262-8100.
