Learn about the process of collecting oral histories and our illustrious church histories. As oral histories pass through the generations, we encourage all to step out on faith. Collect the stories of your elders, grandparents and parents using the tools we have within our reach. An engaging experience and priceless opportunity to share with our youth and children meaningful stories and cherished memories of days gone by as told in our elders’ voices. Presented by Dr. Alphine Jefferson, Chair, Dept. of African-American Studies, R-MC and President, HCBHS and Rev. Dr. Jerome C. Ross, Ph.D., Pastor, Providence Park Baptist Church.
