The Abstract Athlete is holding a symposium featuring speakers Vernon Davis, E.J. Manuel and Percy King from the NFL, Larry Sanders from the NBA and Army veteran Alicia Dietz. These athletes will describe their creative processes and call out the positive impact that art has made on their lives. The event takes place Feb. 23 from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Bon Secours Washington Redskins Training Center.
