Matador artist Steve Gunn is known for his atmospheric, fingerpicking guitar work, but he should get more attention for his songwriting. He’s touring behind his eighth mellow album, “The Unseen in Between” a reflective, observational work that features songs about his upbringing in Philadelphia, and utilizes the talents of bassist Tony Garnier, bandleader for Bob Dylan. He’ll be joined by the space country of Gun Outfit from Los Angeles and yet more cosmic music from the great harpist Mary Lattimore with Mac McCaughan. 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. $15-$17. thebroadberry.com.
