The guests of honor are already here: Richmonders who this year earned the right to be known a little better by their fellow citizens. Some you may recognize readily, some may not. No matter. Their costumes and nicknames have been chosen so that you may better remember them the next time you meet them, whether it be by the full light of day - or in the proverbial dark alley at night.
