Please join us and our good friend Matt Adkins of Williams Corner Wine for an introduction to the world of dry, still white wines. We'll go over the production methods and flavor profiles of everything from bright, crisp Rieslings to rich, full Chardonnays, discuss stainless steel versus oak aging, acidity and regional differences, and help you form a foundation of the classic styles. Snacks provided. Tickets are $50 per person inclusive and can be purchased through PayPal. Only 12 seats available.
