Canine-themed festival sponsored by The Richmond Times-Dispatch and Richmond.com with interactive areas for dogs and their owners, dog-related vendors, beer, food and live performances by Party of Four, 20 Somethang, Vinyl Headlights and America’s Got Talent 2012 winner the Olate Dogs. Proceeds benefit the Richmond Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
