Grab a lawn chair, it’s the time of the year when Richmond Symphony breaks out its glorious big tent for a community celebration in the park. Now in its fourth year, this concert has raised more than $200,000 for music and arts programs in the Richmond Public Schools, all through sponsorships, vendor fees and donations. Tentative lineup includes the Richmond Symphony, Legacy Band, Mahogany Soul, Saint Square and the Dap Mallory Band. Come enjoy the free live music, food trucks, local vendors and a beer garden in this family-friendly environment. richmondsymphony.com.
