Wine at Work? School Spokeswoman Placed on Leave 

Richmond Public Schools spokeswoman Felicia Cosby was placed on administrative leave last week following accusations she served wine at work.

A source familiar with the situation says RPS is investigating whether Cosby served homemade wine in the office to a college intern who was of legal drinking age.

"Homemade wine making is a hobby of hers," the source says.
