It’s the inaugural festival for our tail-wagging, four-legged friends. Seriously, dogs are wonderful – as if you needed more proof, see this summer’s Johns Hopkins University study that showed that a dog will go through barriers to relieve their human’s suffering. $1 suggested donation for Enrichmond Foundation, a nonprofit with the goal of enhancing our parks and activating public spaces. Bring lawn chairs if you like, there will be live music. Rain or shine. Noon to 6 p.m. enrichmond.org.
