Re: “Checking the Pulse

Has anybody else noticed that the glass wall maps on the Pulse east bound pulse stops are reversed? Hard to explain in words, but if you are at the stop at Willow Lawn in front of the CVS for example and you look at the map you would think the West End is east of you instead of west of you. If you are totally unfamiliar with Richmond this could lead to confusion. Also unless I missed it I didn't see any "you are here" markings on those glass wall maps at the stops I hit last weekend.

Re: “OPINION: Et tu, Mayor Stoney?

Don't know what you all are complaining about. The only thing Stoney has done to date is get a tax increase implemented and protect the inefficient bureaucracy that rules City Hall and RPS. What did you think, he would use all his real world work experience to improve things? Oh, that's right. He has none.

Re: “Zero Tolerance, Zero Sense

1. you do realize there is a difference between having things and earning things? There's nothing preventing you from earning whatever you want.
2. Are you saying you have an engineer friend who crossed the border illegally? If he is smart enough to be an engineer, then why didnt he get a work visa instead of trying to skirt our immigration laws?

Re: “Zero Tolerance, Zero Sense

Nothing helps improve the fight for a living wage among unskilled workers than opening the borders to allow even more unskilled workers into the labor market.

Isnt there a circa 1985 Builders Square storage shed being torn down in a West End back yard you need to save?
