Pre-Party for RVA Street Art Festival

When: Wed., Aug. 21, 5-7:30 p.m. 2013

This "Paint the Walls" outdoor pre-party and festival site tour of the former GRTC complex features food trucks and local beers. All ages are invited to take part in creating a collaborative mural, with a contest to find the next generation of up-and-coming local muralists in Richmond. 20 artists will get a chance to create their own 6x6 murals and be juried by the artists invited to the RVA Street Art Festival in September. The top selected artists will be given their own large mural space to paint during the festival.
