Myrna - you are too young to even understand what's going on and the situation that you have put yourself in - give it another 20 yrs and you will be looking back on your words while shaking your head. You simply don't get it. This is not about being black - it is about the character of a man who had sex with a child (you) - would you have the same thing happen to your own children? I think not. Please do not attempt to make this about race, because it is not - you were taken advantage of as a child, and you're still too young to realize this - not a black child, not a white child, not an Asian child, not an Hispanic child - a child, plain and simple. Your husband wants to be in the spotlight - you had better get used to it for at least another 20 years. Very unfortunate.
