The famed conductor-less orchestra and the saxophonist from one of the most beloved families in all of music continue their longstanding and fruitful collaboration. The Orpheus Chamber Orchestra and Branford Marsalis will perform Debussy’s jazz-inflected Rhapsody for Alto Saxophone and Chamber Orchestra, Ibert’s Concertino da camera, and a newly commissioned work by Courtney Bryan built around Bizet’s famous themes from Carmen.
