The Hof in Scott's Addition will do it again and open up all 3 levels of its event venue for six sexy hours for a Moulin Rouge-themed New Years party! Black Masala, a DC gypsy/punk brass band will headline with vintage-themed burlesque show by Melody Magpie & Lula Houp-Garou and Turkish pop lounge act, Yeni Nostalji. General Admission tickets includes all entertainment and complimentary midnight toast.
