Re: “Two-Fisted Poet

Also that's a colorful description of how Dad (William Fletcher Jones) died and I suppose it's accurate in a way -- but the less compelling reality is that he died of a heart attack ay 66 -- he was in poor health -- and fortunately, he probably didn't suffer. But sure, people who die of myocardial infarction don't always die prone with their eyes and mouth closed. No mystery there. I guess it makes for a better story. Pretty mundane detail, though.

Re: “Two-Fisted Poet

Well, I'm the executor of Dad's (William Fletcher Jones') estate. If it was Blackiston's property, then any property on the premises would go to Blackiston's heirs, right? Or to the person who purchased the property? There are 5 heirs of William Fletcher Jones (all children and no wives) and they have no legal claim to it, and no one else connected with William Fletcher Jones could stake any legal claim to it. If the possessor wants to sell any of it, that's another story. I only mention it b/c of all the BS I had to endure from NUMEROUS parties when Dad died when trying to settle his estate in a fair, honest and legal manner. No one is "entitled" to anything anymore related to Dad. It was bequeathed to no one. Just buy it, if you want it and the owner is willing to let you have it.
