Family and friends gathered for a vigil to honor Markiya Simone Dickson last evening at Carter Jones Park. Markiya was shot and killed at the park during a cookout on Memorial Day weekend. About 200 people attended the vigil in Markiya’s honor. Photos by Scott Elmquist.
