LETTER: Pinning the Tail on the Politicians

Now that I think about it, what better animal to represent Capitol Square than the squirrel, since "squirrelly," according to Merriam-Webster, refers to someone who tends to move around a lot and is very odd, silly or foolish? Do I need to say more?
