LETTER: Hopeful News Is Blowing in Wind

It is wonderful to read that "Virginia just might become a pioneer in wind energy". I had been disheartened over Dominion's failure, so far, to get wind and solar projects up and running — especially seeing other states and other countries racing ahead in those areas and more. Sometimes Virginia's perpetual clinging to history and "the way we've always done it," does not serve us well; but this article gave me more positive than negative things to consider — and Virginia's potential is terrific. All we have to do is remember that we're all in this together, even Dominion shareholders.
