The Making of Nine is an artist talk featuring Leah Glenn, choreographer and Artistic Director of Leah Glenn Dance Theatre and visual artist Steve Prince of One Fish Studio, as well as their collaborators Dr. Hermine Pinson (poet) and Dr. Jamel Donner (historian). The performance work Nine seamlessly interweaves the vocabularies of dance, visual arts, poetry, and music in a narrative that reminds our nation of its collective history while causing us to reflect upon the repercussions of those damages upon our current education system.
