being human is hard. being a small human, a child, can be especially tough as they are learning about themselves, other people and their environments. yoga is a practice that can teach children how to manage their feelings, examine their thoughts/thought processes and to generally help them connect with themselves. yoga is also a practice that deals in kindness to ourselves, others and our world. this class will offer children an alternative way to deal with stress and anxiety as well as give them an opportunity to celebrate themselves.
