Re: “Opinion: How Safe is a Public Space When Some of Us Feel Nervous Around Open-Carry Weapons?

And regarding "I don't want to shop in a mall, a supermarket or convenience store while other patrons are walking around armed," it's the Bill of Rights, not the bill of wants. What you want is irrelevant.

"How Safe is a Public Space When Some of Us Feel Nervous..."

Just as safe as it is if you don't feel nervous. Your feelings have no bearing on existing risk.

FYI, there is no right to not be nervous, even for warped people. If being confident makes you happy, well you have the right to PURSUE happiness, but no right to step on everyone else in order to make yourself feel better.
