ILAD at Capital Ale House

After spending a hectic day of Black Friday shopping, scrabbling for parking spaces, pushing over little old ladies for that last available toy, and waiting in the checkout line for an unforgivable eternity, cap the insanity with some live tunes by Richmond's own ILAD. Supporting its sophomore effort, “National Flags,” this melodic foursome produces an assortment of midtempo melodies that lounge in a layered chamber-pop sound. The group plays the Capital Ale House on Friday, Nov. 28, at 9:30 p.m. $5. 780-ALES. — Alexander Chang
