What got this place to open is old fashioned gumption. It should be a lesson to all entrepreneurs that want to graduate to being full grown businessmen and women.

Your wholesale costs are based on quality and volume. You are not gonna get around that. So you better charge wisely. But more important is to make the preparation and the experience worth the mark up. Be consistent and you'll get repeat business and reviews like this.

The other business that tried to open that spot were less creative and had other issues.
